All exhibitors and sponsors receive one paid registration to the conference as part of your package (Sponsors can use their “TMSA Bucks” to secure additional registrations at no additional cost based upon sponsorship level. Refer to the TMSA 2021 Prospectus if you’re unsure what level of TMSA Bucks you have to invest.) Email Cassidy Haley by August 30th at cassidy@TMSAtoday.org with full contact information of those attending and we will get them formally registered (name, title, direct phone, email, and mailing address).

If you're an exhibitor, as you prepare your booth presence remember that your 8' X 8' booth space includes black pipe & drape, one 6-foot skirted display table, two padded chairs, one wastebasket with liner, and an Identification Sign with your company name. The ballroom will be carpeted so there is no need for carpet rental.

Prepare your booth and marketing materials. Determine how you’ll build relationships and dialogue with attendees before, during and after the conference. TMSA will help you do this in two ways. One week prior to the conference, we’ll provide you with a full pre-registration list as part of your deliverable. In addition, through our Lead Generation Program we’ll ask attendees the products and services they’re interested in and will provide you with a lead list.
How does this work? During scheduled Expo Times, attendees will be required to take a unique photo with at least 15 exhibitor booths they visited. Once they text their pictures, they will be displayed on a live slideshow on-site. Random prize drawings will take place Tuesday afternoon at 4p. You can donate a prize to amplify your presence in the Expo, as all donated prized and the donating exhibitor will be featured throughout the conference (consider donating such prizes as $50 or $100 gift cards, wireless bluetooth speaker, Fitbit, etc.)
